Opened 2010 as the Condesa outpost of Ricardo Muñoz Zurita's Azul family, dedicated to preserving and celebrating regional Mexican cuisine. The open patio enclosed by a living green wall, the tortillera making tortillas on the comal as you arrive, the seven-mole sampler, and the legendary chile en nogada-served in multiple regional variations during season. Textbook traditional Mexican with a white-tablecloth delivery.
